All returns must be in the original manufacturer box. A packing slip must be included in each box or pallet identifying the product numbers, quantities, and a number of boxes. A copy of the RMA must be attached to all boxes for UPS shipments and at least two cartons for common carrier shipments. Boxes should be marked 1 of XX, 2 of XX, etc.
Our refund and returns policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Late or missing refunds
Allow Sufficient Time: Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Check Bank Account: First, check your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been credited. Sometimes, there may be a delay in the bank's processing time, and the refund may not immediately appear in your account.
Contact Customer Support: If you have allowed a reasonable amount of time and have not received the refund, please reach out to our customer support team. Provide them with the necessary details, including your order information, to assist them in locating the refund.
Refund Investigation: Our team will conduct an investigation to locate the missing refund. This may involve communication with our payment processor and financial institutions to trace the refund transaction.
Refund Confirmation: Once the investigation is complete and the missing refund is located, our team will notify you of the status and provide confirmation of the refund. If the refund is still pending, we will provide an estimated timeline for its processing.
Escalation Process: If you believe there has been an unreasonable delay in receiving your refund or are unsatisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to a supervisor or contact our management team for further assistance.
Gifting Policy
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns Policy
To return your product, you should mail your product to the distribution location it was sourced from. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items Policy
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
1. RMAs will be issued for items eligible for return. If any item is ineligible for return, Reseller will be informed and the RMA will be denied.
2. Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies will not be obligated to replace or provide credit for Products returned as defective and damaged from abuse, misuse (including improper storage) or other product warranty exclusion, from attempted repair, or during repossession or shipment to Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies.
3. Ineligible returns and returns not on approved RMAs will be disposed of at Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies’ discretion with no credit, and a chargeback will be issued for any ineligible deductions taken.
4. RMAs expire within twenty (30) days of issuance. Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies has the right to refuse returns after such date.
5. Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies will respond to RMA requests within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving them from the customer. Requests must include the following information:

9. The specific reason for return and condition of product: Factory Sealed or Open Serial Number
10.Notification of approved RMA requests will be made via fax or e-mail. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
11.Returns must be received at the return location designated by Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies on or before the last date of return to be eligible for credit. Credit for returns will be issued within one (1) week of receipt of merchandise at the Net Reseller Price in effect on the date Alms Logistics Materials and Supplies receives the eligible product.
