How does A.L.M.S Marketplace Work?

Step 1

Import Products

To set up an account and import products with A.L.M.S. Marketplace, you’ll need an integration plan with Inventory Source. Once this plan is purchased, you can start utilizing the automated tools that simplify product uploading and inventory synchronization to your online store. Step 2

Product Listing & Marketing

After successfully importing your A.L.M.S. Marketplace products into your online store, the next step involves listing them attractively for your potential customers. Alongside listing, kickstart your marketing efforts to promote your e-commerce business, convert views into sales, and start generating profits!

Step 3

Order Receipt & Placement

Once a customer places an order for a product you are dropshipping from A.L.M.S. Marketplace, the order details will be instantly visible in your Inventory Source Order Manager. If you’re on a Full Automation Plan, the order will also appear in your Dealer Portal. Before payment capture, you’ll need to authorize the order, thereby allowing us to charge your chosen payment method. For those on an Inventory Automation Plan, order placement will be a manual process within your A.L.M.S. Marketplace Dealer Portal.

Step 4

Payment Processing & Supplier Fulfillment

After payment authorization, we will capture the payment and trigger the order fulfillment process. A.L.M.S. Marketplace then coordinates with one of our trusted supplier partners, who will pack and ship the product directly to your customer. The package typically includes a generic or discreetly labeled “A.L.M.S. Marketplace” packing slip.

Step 5

Shipping & Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details are automatically updated to your online store, ensuring a seamless, transparent experience for both you and your customer. However, if you’re on an Inventory Automation Plan, tracking updates need to be manually entered on your sales channel once the order is fulfilled.

Step 6

Review and Analyze

The final step involves reviewing and analyzing the entire process. This includes looking at the sales data, customer feedback, and any operational issues that might have arisen. The goal is to continuously optimize your operations, improve customer satisfaction, and increase your profitability.
