The MULE is an easy to use, abrasion-resistant commercial coating designed specifically for high traffic areas that are subject to routine cleaning and disinfection: schools, healthcare facilities, offices, hospitality environments and more. Verstile Modified Urethane Latex Epoxy (MULE) features excellent adhesion qualities, allowing it to be applied on a wide range of both primed and previously painted materials, indoor and out. Use it on walls, doors, moldings, railings and even floors. Low-odor, water-based formula.
