By purchasing an integration between A.L.M.S. Marketplace and a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay) through Inventory Source’s inventory and order automation services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Terms of Service: By accessing and using the A.L.M.S. Marketplace website, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the platform, including all features, tools, and services provided. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before using the platform.

Responsibility For Marketplace Policies

You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to review and comply with the policies and guidelines of the respective marketplace(s) you integrate with. A.L.M.S. Marketplace and Inventory Source are not liable for any violations of these policies.

A.L.M.S. As A Tool And Resale As A Service

You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to review and comply with the policies and guidelines of the respective marketplace(s) you integrate with. A.L.M.S. Marketplace and Inventory Source are not liable for any violations of these policies.

Eligibility Of Products

Not all products available through A.L.M.S. Marketplace are eligible for listing on third-party marketplaces. It is essential to conduct due diligence and ensure that the products you choose to list comply with the policies and guidelines of each marketplace. A.L.M.S. Marketplace provides tools and resources to assist you in identifying any restrictions or prohibited products, but the final responsibility lies with you.

Authorization To Resell

A.L.M.S. Marketplace operates as an authorized reseller for the products sourced from our suppliers. However, this authorization does not automatically grant you the right to resell these products. It is your responsibility to verify and obtain the necessary authorization from the brand owners and manufacturers for reselling their products. A.L.M.S. Marketplace and Inventory Source are not responsible for any unauthorized reselling activities conducted by vendors.

Potential Marketplace Penalties

A.L.M.S. Marketplace and Inventory Source will not be held accountable for any penalties, account suspensions, or other consequences imposed by third-party marketplaces due to violations of their policies or guidelines. Compliance with marketplace policies and regulations is solely the responsibility of the vendor.

Protection Against Unforeseen Circumstances

While A.L.M.S. Marketplace strives to provide a reliable and secure integration experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the marketplaces or prevent unforeseen circumstances that may impact your operations. A.L.M.S. Marketplace and Inventory Source will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from system outages, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.

A.L.M.S Marketplace Reseller API Usage Policy

A.L.M.S. Marketplace provides an Application Programming Interface (API) for the purpose of inventory synchronization with third-party systems. The use of the API is subject to the following terms:

1. Authorized Access: Only authorized users or entities may access and use the API. A.L.M.S. Marketplace reserves the right to monitor API usage and revoke access if any unauthorized or abusive activity is detected.
2. Compliance with API Documentation: Users must adhere to the guidelines and specifications outlined in the A.L.M.S. Marketplace API documentation. Failure to comply may result in restricted access to the API.
