This maintenance contract includes 8×5 business hour availability, bug fixes and software updates, 1 session of a 2-hour remote training per year. This support will protect your devices with Vertiv Environet Alert data center monitoring software, which is designed for small and medium-sized businesses and industries with edge sites and remote offices. It offers real-time monitoring, alerts and reports to protect critical power and cooling devices from performance issues, increased costs and downtime.
